Algobi

/5

Algobi offers three trading accounts, Silver, Gold and Platinum, plus an Islamic option. All three share the same leverage (up to 1:200), the same 5% stop-out and the same 0.01-lot minimum. The only real difference is price: Gold cuts spreads by up to 50% and swaps by up to 40% compared with Silver, while Platinum cuts them by up to 75% and 60%. If you trade often, the tier you pick will affect your costs more than almost anything else on the platform.

Silver account: the baseline

Silver is Algobi’s entry-level account and the reference point for every other tier. You pay standard spreads and standard swaps, with no discounts.

That isn’t a problem if you’re opening a few trades a week to learn the platform. You still get the full asset range, TradingView charts and 24/5 support. But Silver is priced for low activity. Once your volume picks up, staying on it means paying for convenience you don’t need.

Gold account: where the savings start

Gold is the first tier with real cost benefits. Spreads drop by up to half, and overnight swaps by up to 40%.

This is the tier to look at if you trade several times a day or keep swing positions open for days. The swap discount matters here more than people expect. On a position held for two or three weeks, financing charges can quietly add up to more than the spread you paid to enter.

Platinum account: built for volume

Platinum carries the deepest discounts: up to 75% off Silver spreads and up to 60% off swaps. Algobi also attaches personalized support to this tier, which in most brokers means a dedicated account manager.

It’s aimed at traders who put serious size through the platform every month. For them, the gap between Silver and Platinum pricing adds up to real money over a year.

What the discounts mean in practice

Algobi doesn’t publish its base spreads, so here’s a hypothetical to show the scale. Say the Silver spread on EUR/USD were 2.0 pips and you traded 20 standard lots a month. At roughly $10 per pip per lot:

Account Spread (hypothetical) Monthly spread cost on 20 lots
Silver 2.0 pips $400
Gold (max 50% off) 1.0 pip $200
Platinum (max 75% off) 0.5 pips $100

These figures are illustrative only. The discounts are stated as “up to”, so actual savings will vary by instrument and market conditions. Check real spreads in the WebTrader for each tier before you decide.

Algobi Islamic account

Algobi offers an Islamic account for Muslim traders who can’t pay or receive interest-based overnight swaps. The site describes it as aligned with traders’ beliefs and principles, but it doesn’t list the detailed conditions publicly.

Before opening one, ask support three things: how many days positions stay swap-free, whether an administration or holding fee applies after that, and which tier’s pricing the Islamic account follows. Brokers handle these points very differently, and the answers affect your real cost.

Features every Algobi account includes

Whatever tier you choose, you get the same core toolkit:

  • 300+ CFDs across forex, indices, metals, commodities, stocks and crypto
  • AlgoBI WebTrader and mobile app with TradingView charting
  • Stop losses, price alerts and a customizable interface
  • 24/5 multilingual support by phone, chat and email
  • Access to the free demo account

How to choose the right Algobi account

  • Pick Silver if you’re new, trading small, or mainly testing the platform with a live account.
  • Pick Gold if you trade most days or hold positions for more than a few nights at a time.
  • Pick Platinum if you trade high volume and want the lowest available costs plus direct support.
  • Pick the Islamic account if you need a swap-free structure for religious reasons.

The missing piece is the entry requirement. Algobi doesn’t state the minimum deposit for each tier on its site. Ask support for the exact thresholds and whether you can upgrade later without opening a new account.

Bottom line

Algobi’s account structure is simple, and that’s mostly a good thing. Every trader gets the same tools and leverage, and the only question is how much you trade. Silver works for getting started, Gold is the practical choice for regular traders, and Platinum pays off at volume. Just get the deposit thresholds confirmed before you fund, since they aren’t public.

Risk warning: CFDs are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Algobi is operated by DXA Seychelles Limited, regulated by the FSA Seychelles (license SD218). Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
